The director of the Eleva Group, Jorge Lizárraga Angulo, explained that this new restaurant has an investment of 8 million pesos, and the generation of 70 jobs.

“But here we want to highlight that freshness and innovation of the Sinaloan cuisine itself, we bring different innovative dishes, which among them the fusion with sushi, in addition to the musical genre, goes very hand in hand with the Sinaloan music, so we are varying what which is a band like reggaeton music,” he said.

He commented that this business unit is number 23 of Grupo Eleva, which will soon celebrate 15 years in the entertainment industry.

60% of the menu is made up of the most successful dishes of El Muchacho Alegre, 20% of Sinaloa sushi, and 20% of Mexican snacks and chef specialties.

The place is in its trial period and will officially open its doors on February 25, with a schedule from 1:00 in the afternoon to 1:00 in the morning.
