According to the Contract of Preferential Right of Distribution, Supply and Sale of Beer during the Mazatlan Carnival of 2022, it was stipulated that the brewing company undertook to pay the Institute of Culture the amount of 15 million pesos for the exclusivity, plus VAT. .

The stipulated date is from February 24 to March 1, 2022, which is the same duration as Carnival.

The brewing company undertakes to make a bank transfer to the account of the Institute of Culture and/or a personal check, the first payment corresponding to 70 percent of the amount on February 7 and the last payment, 30 percent remaining percent, next March 7, according to the amount already established.

That is to say, even though the authorities have not defined whether or not it will do Carnival, the brewing company that maintains the exclusivity of the sale in all events and in the Olas Altas area, has already advanced at least 10 million pesos to the Institute of Culture. .
