Despite the fact that the Covid pandemic persists, during 2021, the Letty Coppel Foundation benefited more than 3,000 people, who live in both Mazatlán and Los Cabos.
At a press conference, the director of the Foundation; Sofía Estrada, reported that the investment made was approximately 6 million pesos, with which it was possible to help people suffering from cancer, in addition to delivering groceries to people over 60 years of age, donations of diapers and aid for the COVID 19 contingency, surpassing expectations, as all programs were fully occupied.
In addition, the foundation managed to add support for the COVID 19 contingency where 300 people in Mazatlan and 500 people in Cabo San Lucas benefited, where health sector workers and relatives of affected patients were involved.
Sofía Estrada emphasized that one of the potential donors was the guests and collaborators of the famous “Pueblo Bonito” hotel, who manage to raise funds for different support programs of the foundation.
