MAZATLAN. – The call to form the Municipal Development Plan was launched today, but do you know what it is and what it is for? It is an administrative activity, aimed at anticipating and harmoniously adapting economic activities to the basic needs of a community.
Thus, through planning, the city councils together with the citizens’ proposals will be able to improve their work systems and apply with greater efficiency the financial resources that the federal and state governments transfer for the development of productive and social benefit projects.
Who can participate? Civil associations, non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, research centers, the media, and the people, in general, may send their proposals to participate with proposals on the following topics and sections for their integration.
The Mazatlan Development Plan will come out after the State is published, Governor Rubén Rocha Moya has the date to announce his plan on April 15, so most of the municipalities will publish it later.
