The athlete’s credential will bring great benefits and surprises for this year, announced the head of Sport in the city.
MAZATLÁN.- With the idea of keeping track of the registry of athletes in Mazatlan, the Municipal Sports Institute in Mazatlan (Imdem) invites everyone to request the credential to take advantage of its benefits, reported Fabiola Judith Verdes Rosas, director of Imdem.
She stated that the card has the main benefit of being able to use all municipal facilities, in addition to having first-class medical care in the municipal hospital, as well as other important benefits.
Verde Rosas indicated that they have a goal of registering 5,000 athletes within 100 days, but they do believe they will close the year 2022 with more than 10,000 to 15,000 athletes; and said credential, over the years, has had a good acceptance in the town.
“The credential gives endless benefits, such as discounts in gyms, restaurants, physiotherapy clinics, laboratories, always seeking to give the credential a plus for the benefit of all members,” she said.
The official commented that in addition to soccer, which is one of the sports in which most athletes are affiliated, both baseball, basketball, and softball have had significant growth, as well as outdoor sports reporting large numbers.
Finally, she added that the credential has a cost of 30 pesos that is renewed every year with 15 pesos; in the end, for the three years it would be 60 pesos; A hologram will be placed on them, but they are used for many things for the athletes of the different disciplines, and they are processed in the Imdem offices that are located in the Olympic Pool.
The sports unit continues to work on finding more agreements to benefit athletes with different things that will be fully disclosed in the coming days.
Requirement to process the athlete credential:
1.- Fill out the Imdem Municipal Registry form to process the athlete’s credential.
2.- Two recent child-size photos.
3.- A copy of the INE (in case of being a minor, present the INE of the father, mother, or guardian).
4.- A copy of the CURP.
5. A copy of proof of address.
6.- And 30 pesos only in cash and exact amount.
