He recalled that the previous weekend had already been developed with the new bio sanitary rules determined by the municipal authority, which include the reduction of capacity, from 75 percent in which they were, to 60 percent, in addition to being much more careful in the use of sanitizing mats, antibacterial gel and face masks.
He indicated that, although the municipality reports some sanctions, they are already talking with the associates so that they comply 100 percent with the measures because it is time to take care of all of us.
“This weekend it was already with the new rules, which already stipulated the new measures of the municipality, such as the new capacity of 60%, and we saw that local customers reduced their attendance, which helps us not to stop attending to tourists and reduce the chain of infections in the local population, “he said.
Regarding the activity in his sector, Tulio Martínez commented that the entertainment centers had a good closing of the year since the destination received a large influx of tourism and locals.
“We had good sales, always respecting the capacity; there was a lot of tourism and local people, so it could be said that we closed with a flourish, last year,” he said.
However, he said that in these weeks they will have to be much more careful to protect customers, but also their staff.
