Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- The director of the Institute of Culture, Tourism and Art of Mazatlán, José Ángel Tostado Quevedo, announced that the organization of the Mazatlán International Carnival 2022, has more than 70 percent progress, However, they remain on the lookout for the evolution of Covid 19 infections.
