Los Mochis, Sinaloa.- Almost at 8:00 on the night of this Saturday, the most recent earthquake was perceived in the northern region of the state of Sinaloa. If you felt it, it was because it had an intensity of 4.0 on the Richter scale and you were near its epicenter, the location of which was determined by the National Seismological Service 113 kilometers southwest of  Gabriel Leyva Solano.

This latest earthquake, of six in total registered this Saturday, was registered at 7:51 p.m.

In recent weeks, intense seismic activity in the northern region of Sinaloa has worried researchers. So far 19 earthquakes have been detected in the current month and in the year, almost a hundred whose epicenter covers the territory of Sinaloa.

The first earthquake detected by the National Seismological Service this Saturday occurred at 04:23 hours with an intensity of 4.3 and was located 121 km southwest of Adolfo Ruiz Cortines, Sinaloa.

The constant seismic activity, unusual for it to be perceived in the region, has caused concern among citizens and the scientific community.
