Becerrera Rodríguez, reported that entrepreneurs interested in investing in this line of business are from Guadalajara, Monterrey, and from large cities such as Mexico City.
The restaurant leader indicated that unfortunately during the first wave of the pandemic, 7 or 8 percent of the union members lowered their curtains and could no longer raise them, but in this third wave that ended just a few months ago, there are no reports of establishments that have closed completely.
Regarding how the restaurant union will face the supposed wave of infections by Covid19, he stated that it is still speculation and we will have to wait for the information to come from the places where it is already being presented, so it is expected that it will not pass to greater.
“Right now they are speculations, you have to wait for that same variant to make an evolution in the sense that there are infected people but there is no data to know how aggressive it is, how contagious it is, there is nothing that points it as an aggressive and dangerous variant ”, he explained.
