The Secretary of Public Security of Mazatlán, Juan Ramón Alfaro Gaxiola, acknowledged that they have sent him several official letters from the Sinaloa State Commission for Human Rights and that they are all channeled to the Department of Internal Affairs for what is conducive and are resolved in accordance with the law.
The CEDH has just issued a bulletin where it informs that this year a total of 28 observations have been issued against preventive elements of public security in Mazatlán.
