Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- When delivering hydraulic infrastructure works for the benefit of residents of the neighborhood, Rincón de Urías, directors of the shelter ‘A drop in the ocean’, thanked the municipal president, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, due to that these improvements will optimize the functionality of the rehabilitation center.

Héctor Miguel Torres Guzmán, in charge of the charity center, recalled that before paving their street it was very difficult for them to provide care to those who required it since they were impassable, therefore, ambulances could not enter to the place to enter or transfer patients .

“Before the street was paved, it was very difficult for us when we occupied the Red Cross service, the ambulances could not enter and it was a very serious problem for us since we could not get the truck out, that is why we thank the authorities ”, He declared.

Torres Guzmán thanked everyone who makes the functionality of ‘A Drop in the Ocean’ possible, especially to Chemist Benítez, to the director of Welfare and Social Development, Tonatiuh Guerra Martínez, for having listened to them.

“Other things that were done here on the street is that all the stones were lowered, it was impossible to park the cars outside and therefore we thank all those who have collaborated in one way or another in this great support for all citizens”, reiterated,

This Wednesday the municipal president of Mazatlán, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, inaugurated paving, drinking water and drainage works in the Rincón de Urías and Flores Magón neighborhoods with an investment of 5 million 885 thousand pesos.
