Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- Dozens of mazatlecos and tourists rose up early on Saturday to climb Cerro El Creston, a natural enclosure where a 157-meter high lighthouse marine use and glass bridge is.

In order to reach the top, you must first ascend 745 meters of dirt and 336 steps; it seems easy. However, it is quite a challenge due to the slope of the hill.

From 6:00 in the morning, the first users, mostly local, were observed and from 8:00 onwards were tourists, who had the purpose of entering the glass bridge, enjoying the view and taking a souvenir photo.

Due to winter hours, the natural enclosure will restrict its access at 5:45 in the afternoon, the entrance to the hill is totally free, while the cost to the glass bridge is 20 pesos.

It is recommended to wear appropriate and comfortable shoes and clothing, stay hydrated, take care of children at all times, have a maximum stay of 2 hours, avoid going up at times of greater risk of sunstroke (between 11:00 in the morning and 4:00 afternoon) and follow health protocols.
