The Japac launched a call for public auction, which was published this Wednesday in the Official Newspaper El Estado de Sinaloa, where it details that it is based on the provisions of various articles of the Law on State Properties and Municipalities, and the Law of Drinking Water and Sewerage of Sinaloa; and in compliance with the agreement number 05/2021, taken in an ordinary session of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Board of Potable Water and Sewerage of Culiacán, held on October 21, 2021
“The Municipal Board of Potable Water and Sewerage of Culiacán summons all interested parties to the public auction in which six lots of land, free of liens, will be sold, Ad Corpus, located in various addresses in the city of Culiacán Rosales, Sinaloa ”Says the announcement.
The houses that will be put up for auction are:
PROPERTY ONE. With an area of 552 square meters. located on calle Monte Arat and Monte Elbruz s / n, Fracc. Montebello.
- Auction starting price: 2 million 188 thousand 692 pesos.
PROPERTY TWO. With an area of 230.46 square meters, located in Calle Esteban Gómez F. S / N., Fracc. University 94.
- Auction starting price: 712 thousand 497.82 pesos.
