Arellano Osorio indicated that the second term as mayor of Luis Guillermo Benítez, generates confidence, due to the openness he has had with businessmen to give the opportunity to continue investing.
” In his three years he had a major real estate boom and I think he will close it perfectly for the next three years,” he concluded.
