As a result of the permanent surveillance operations around the city, elements of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat surprised and arrested two young men when they were painting on the fence of a well-known subdivision, on Tuesday night.
The detainees were presented before the Civic Judge, and before the complaint of the affected party, he forced them to repair the damage, since apparently, they had graffiti the wall in recent days, on the walls of several branches of a well-known convenience store.
In the morning, the offenders were released from prison and taken to the wall they vandalized, where they repaired the damage with their own means.
