Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- Mobility in foreign tourism, mainly Canadian, could rebound with the reactivation of two more airlines; Sun Wing and West Jet, the latter being the one that will arrive in Mazatlán next week, informed the Secretary of Tourism of Sinaloa, Óscar Pérez Barros.

Emphasizing that the winter season is par excellence the most popular for foreign destinations seeking sun and beaches, Mazatlán has become an attraction that receives thousands of tourists every year, so expectations for this year are high.

“We hope it will be very cold there, the weather has always helped us in other seasons (…) What do we expect? Let it be cold and have the flights ready for them to arrive, I predict a very good future for this winter season, it is the same thing that the hotel associations see ”, he stressed.

“Sunwing also intends to return, instead of landing in nine cities it will touch twelve, that from November, West Jet is next week,” he stressed.

“We have had our ups and downs, but here we go; the reactivation of domestic flights, we made the 1-2 with Mazatlán and Culiacán and now with international flights that are not going to be the exception, I believe that we are on the correct route ”, concluded Pérez Barros.
