Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- Mazatlán registers a historical figure in private investment, in almost three years they add up to 40 billion pesos, revealed Luis Eusebio Terán Tirado
The municipal secretary of Economic Development, Tourism and Fisheries stressed that Mazatlán has reached a figure never before seen in investment matters.
” Mazatlán brings an investment of 40 billion pesos in this triennium, this investment despite the pandemic. In the history of Mazatlán there had been this real estate boom, this great economic development, ” he said.
Terán Tirado announced that in the next two months construction of between four and six more towers will begin to be built in the Golden Zone and the Malecón of Mazatlán, which will increase the economic and tourist value.
He added that together with the tourism that will arrive on cruises, Canadian charters, and others, it comes to position Mazatlán as a destination with a lot of strength and investment.
He indicated that for the Historic Center there are three boutique hotels that will start in the short term and three-story condominium towers that are what the INAH allows in that area but respecting the original facades.
