Topolobampo naval sector celebrates 200 years of the Mexican Navy

The event recognized the work of men and women who have fallen in the line of duty at sea

Los Mochis, Sinaloa.- The Mexican Navy celebrated the 200th anniversary of its creation, the event was held at the facilities of the naval sector of Topolobampo, where a tribute was paid to the men and women who dedicate their lives to so important work in the sea.

The Rear Admiral of the naval sector of Topolobampo, Anselmo Osorio Fraga, gave a message to those present, in which he recognized the praiseworthy work of the sailors.

“The armed forces have been present in the most conjunctural moments of our Mexico, in such a way that they constitute part of its essence and fighting spirit, in the case of the Mexican Navy, we can speak of 200 years of defending the legitimate intentions of our people ”, he affirmed.

Present at the event were the mayor of Ahome, Juan Francisco Fierro Gaxiola; Ramón Lara Moreno, commander of the Navy of the naval sector of Topolobampo, and Anselmo Osorio Fraga, Rear Admiral General Corps of the General Staff.
