Despite an increase in tourists to Mazatlán bay tours still slow

Sinaloa.- Despite the increase in tourism in Mazatlán, the influx of catamarans tours does not improve. Rodolfo Velázquez mentioned that this weekend the activity dropped to 40 percent.

“You see a lot of people, but maybe they bring their excursions, or a convention because they don’t come to tour. We know that this season is somewhat bad, but it is the weekend, and we hoped it would be better, for all the catamarans that we are, we are like 10, we distribute ourselves to the people, for everyone to have work ”, expressed Rodolfo Velázquez.

Tourism servers are confident that it will rebound in November. Another hope of the workers is the arrival of the flight from Canada.

They expect foreign tourists to start arriving this October, as they are potential customers traveling through the bay.
