Mazatlan changes name of Bahia avenue to Quirino Ordaz Coppel avenue

In Ordinary Session number 70, the plenary session of the Cabildo also endorses the construction of the Olympus Residencial City subdivision

By majority, the Cabildo de Mazatlán authorized this Thursday the change of Bahía Avenue, to Quirino Ordaz Coppel Avenue, during Ordinary Session number 70, which was held virtually, in the modality of video conferencing.

In the session headed by José de Jesús Flores Segura, secretary of the City Council, on behalf of Mayor Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, it was detailed that said road begins on Avenida De los Deportes and ends on Calle Alfonso Ortiz, in the Fraccionamiento Flamingos, adjoining the lagoon of the Forest of the City.

Likewise, the plenary session of the building body endorsed the construction of the Olympus Residencial City subdivision, under a condominium regime, which will be located on Paseo José “Peche” Rice Avenue, in the property called “Los Hediondos”.

In the general affairs section, it was agreed to change the date of the ordinary session number 71, scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 14.
