Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- The Mayor of Mazatlán, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, said that for his next administration the cabinet of officials has not yet been defined, however, he announced that several will be fired, between men and women.

“A cycle closes, another cycle opens and you have to deliver and you have to receive, the new cabinet has not yet been defined, what I can assure you is that several will be removed,” he assured.

Mayor Benítez Torres stated that it is not yet time to say who is staying or who is leaving, however, he clarified that much higher goals will be set for the next administration.

“Maybe for what we are going to do we need people with more experience and it is a question of experience,” he said.

The re-elected mayor added that for his next administration to begin on November 1, between 40 and 50 percent of the current public servants will be changed.
