Concordia, Sinaloa.- The communities of Ojo de Agua and Copala were left uncommunicated after the collapse of the Mexico 40, Mazatlán-Matamoros highway, known as La Libre, the cause was the softening of the earth base as a result of the heavy rains that they have been felt for the last few weeks in southern Sinaloa.
