They have reported that water is reaching businesses in a more continuous way.

Alejandro Ontiveros Arámburo, secretary of the board of directors of the Pino Suárez market, shared that they had talks with JUMAPAM due to the lack of water in the place and that they were willing to provide it to the market, however, the difficult thing was to get pipes to transfer it to the place.

He added that although the filling of the water tanks through pipes could not be completed, yesterday they began to have a little water that allowed the tenants to carry out their work.

He also commented that this day they have reported that water is reaching businesses in a more continuous way.

The area that presented the most problems to be able to carry out their work was that of restaurants since they need water to prepare food and clean the utensils they use.

He mentioned that some of them had to resort to buying jugs and that butchers, chicken shops, and fishmongers also struggled a bit.

“It was a situation that occurred not only in the market but throughout Mazatlán. The entire population suffered from the lack of this vital liquid that fortunately is beginning to arrive little by little at the keys of the homes ”.
