The Municipal Government and the Mexican Association of Transportation and Mobility, sign an agreement

The Government of Mazatlán, headed by Mayor Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, plans to improve and modernize transportation in the city, so this morning he signed an agreement with the Mexican Transportation and Mobility Association.

The meeting to ensure collaboration between both parties was held at the facilities of the Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism and there were, among others, Nicolás Alberto Rosales Pallares and Nicolás Mejía Pedroza, president and executive director of the AMTM.

The Mayor “Chemist” Benítez Torres explained that this agreement seeks to establish the bases of collaboration between Mazatlán and the Association, with the purpose of interacting in various activities for the optimization of the development of transport and mobility actions.

Everything, he added, from technical, political, social, economic, environmental and urban infrastructure aspects, among others.

For his part, Mejía Pedroza stressed that the Mexican Association of Transport and Mobility is committed to carrying out studies, advisory actions, training, technical assistance, representation and management, as well as proposing projects that support, promote and promote integral development, orderly and sustainable of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, the region and the federal entity.
