Mazatlán, Sin.- The Secretary of Health reported that this Thursday, August 5, 469 new cases of coronavirus were detected ; 175 from Culiacán, 84 from Mazatlán, 70 from Ahome, 29 from Guasave, 20 from Escuinapa, 18 from Navolato, 14 from El Rosario, 13 from El Fuerte, 10 from Cosalá, 9 from Elota, 7 from Angostura, 7 from Salvador Alvarado , 5 from Choix, 4 from Mocorito and 4 from Sinaloa municipality.
388 patients recovered; de Culiacán 155 Mazatlán 151, Ahome 44, Guasave 30, Navolato 26, El Rosario 16, Salvador Alvarado 13, El Fuerte 10, Escuinapa 10, Cosalá 7, Elota 6, Concordia 5 Angostura 5, Mocorito 4, San Ignacio 3 and Badiraguato three .
Unfortunately, 32 people died; 16 from Culiacán, 6 from Ahome, 3 from Mazatlán and one from Guasave, Escuinapa, Salvador Alvarado and Navolato, respectively. The ages ranged from 34 to 81 years of age, 12 were under 50 years of age.
