The City Council of Cosalá, urge the general public to remain protected in their homes; for this, parties and meetings are suspended

Culiacán, Sinaloa.- Given the seriousness of the third wave of infections by Covid-19, the mayor of the municipality of Cosalá, Griselda Quintana García, launched the new restrictions to reinforce sanitary measures.

In a statement issued by the City Council of Cosalá through its social networks, it was mentioned that a person who is surprised on the street after 10:00 at night will be arrested by elements of the municipal police.

“The regulation of the police and good government side will be enforced for those who are caught wandering in the street after 10 pm,” it was reported.

Likewise, it was stated that the parties and meetings are suspended until the number of infections decreases in the municipality.

With the critical situation in Sinaloa, they urge the general public to remain sheltered in their homes.

Finishing by calling on businesses and restaurants not to lower their guard against the sanitary measures issued by the Federal Government and the State Government.

According to the report of the Ministry of Health that corresponds to the cut of August 3, the municipality of Cosalá has 42 active cases and 3 suspects and no patients admitted to hospitals.
