AMPI Mazatlan seek to prevent real estate fraud

The president of the AMPI asks those interested in buying a property to contact a certified advisor

He recalled that there are more than 120 developments under construction, some are about to be completed and others are entering, most are vertical towers and are located in different areas of the city.

He pointed out that investors are looking for areas near the beach to build their projects such as the boardwalk, the Golden Zone, but there are also Cerritos and La Marina, where the development of the city is aimed.

Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- The improvement in urban infrastructure and development that Mazatlán has registered in recent years attracts national and foreign investors to acquire a property in Mazatlán, highlighted Roberto Arellano Osorio.
