Sinaloa Governor inaugurates the new Mazatlan Cerritos bicycle path

Mazatlan, Sinaloa. – Governor Quirino Ordaz Coppel; the mayor of Mazatlan, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres; The Secretary of Public Works, Osbaldo López Angulo and Rosy Fuentes de Ordaz, director of the state DIF system, inaugurated the Cerritos bike lane.

In February the construction work began and extends from the Nautical Marina to Cerritos beach.

“It is becoming an iconic avenue and with what is missing as well. The bike lane is four kilometers with an investment of almost 24 million pesos, with lighting that gives it greater security and will allow all those who live here opposite can enjoy this new boardwalk, “said Ordaz Coppel.

Benitez Torres made the invitation to the businessmen to join and work together with the government and citizens to continue beautifying the port. Businessman Julio Berdegué answered the call and promised to donate the rehabilitation.

In the protocol ceremony, 15 bicycles were also delivered to the most outstanding students of the basic level of the port.
