Remmy Valenzuela, known as the “King of the Accordion”, faces legal charges for injuries after he allegedly assaulted his cousin and his 20-year-old girlfriend.

Katy Araceli “N”, one of the victims of Remigio Alejandro Valenzuela Buelna, Remmy Valenzuela’s full name, ratified the complaint against the singer before the Attorney General of the State of Sinaloa, in the municipality of Guasave, where the events occurred.

On Sunday, June 6th, Katy Araceli entered a hospital in the area to receive medical assistance, as she had injuries to her back, thorax, arms, and neck due to an attempt to suffocate her with a cable, a situation that still keeps her under evaluation of the health specialists.

While Carlos Armando “N”, Remmy Valenzuela’s cousin, also had injuries to the cheekbone, eyes, nose and different parts of his body.

According to the complaint presented and ratified in the Specialized Agency for Gender Violence, an instance that has already opened an investigation folder, the aggression against the young couple would have arisen on a ranch owned by the singer and located in the municipality of Guasave, Sinaloa.

The alleged victims of the singer have expressed that they fear for their lives after taking the case to the Sinaloa authorities, with evidence of the serious injuries that left the young man with damage to the jaw and his girlfriend with severe injuries to the back and neck.

So far, the reasons why Remmy Valenzuela attacked his cousin and his partner, whom he even tried to strangle, have not been clarified.

Remy Valenzuela, who is currently a fugitive from justice, could be sentenced to 30 years in prison for the attacks.
