The Toledo family breached the agreement that was given in good faith so that the Caribbean Series could be carried out at the time, and that is why the concession has not been returned to the Commune

Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- The legal area of the Mazatlán Commune continues to litigate and follow up on the legal process on the issue of the concession of the “Teodoro Mariscal” baseball stadium for the Toledo family to return it to the Municipality, declared José de Jesús Flores Segura.

The secretary of the City Council recalled that the Toledo family breached the agreement that was given in good faith so that the Caribbean Series could be carried out at the time; and since then, they have not returned the concession to the municipality.

“The Stadium belongs to the City Council.”

Why do they have it, secretary?

“Due to the breach of the agreement that was given in good faith, and I consider that it is a decision that they took unilaterally, violating the good will of the mayor, the will of all the media that intervened, and above all, in that I felt the vote of confidence that was given to them ”, he indicated.

The person in charge of the legal area of the Commune, said that the “Teodoro Mariscal” stadium is, and must be returned to the City Council because the contract that was signed was to lend it to the Toledo family, only for the Caribbean Series
