Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- The Secretary of Economic Development, Tourism and Fisheries of the Mazatlán City Council, Luis Terán Tirado, announced that during the afternoon of yesterday between the area of ​​the Monument to the Fisherman and Olas Altas they were given attention to approximately 829 tourists.

He said that these mostly come from the Northern Economic Corridor area.

“We have the strongest preferences from Chihuahua, Ciudad Juárez, Durango, Durango, Jalisco, Nuevo León and Sinaloa, Culiacán and Los Mochis area. That is the strongest origin in that order,” he reported.

However, he said that the people who had arrived at this beach destination more frequently until yesterday are from Chihuahua and Durango.

The municipal official added that in the modules of the Monument to the Fisherman and Olas Altas, the implements against Covid-19 are being delivered, such as antibacterial gel and face masks so that tourists and locals are prevented from a possible contagion.

Teran Tirado asserted that these implements will be delivered every day of the ‘Nueva Realidad’ Easter operation.
