Brenda Irving fears she won’t be able to do more for Teacapan families

Escuinapa, Sinaloa.- Brenda Irving, a foreign woman who has lived in Teacapán for 10 years, wept with helplessness when she perceived the situation that prevails in her adopted land.

Reacción Informativa interviewed Brenda with the help of a translator, and she said she would like to write a letter to the US government to help the people of southern Sinaloa.

He expressed that he is very sorry for what is happening since seeing the children “breaks his heart”, but he can do nothing more than support from afar, leaving paid food in the municipal dining room so that the children can go to eat who have no food at home.

Brenda is well known in Teacapán and every time the children see her “they rejoice and go to her, asking for milk and cookies,” said the translator.

However, in these circumstances, Brenda cannot do much, because she is afraid of contracting Covid-19.
