The Mexican low-cost airline will have two departures: Monday and Thursday; the first flight from Mexico City had more than 150 passengers.

Los Mochis, Sinaloa.- As announced, on Thursday, December 17th, the Los Mochis-CDMX route was inaugurated by Viva Aerobús airline.

The first flight registered 156 passengers from Mexico City, which represented 75 percent of the capacity of the plane that will cover this route, reported Walfred Castro, director of corporate communication for the airline.

“Today is a very special day: 156 people arrived from Mexico City. Two frequencies will be offered weekly, this will be on Mondays and Thursdays, obviously Viva Aerobús offers the lowest prices in the market. So the truth is we are doing it in a very responsible way, hand in hand with the authorities, ”he said.

Castro also stated that this flight becomes route number 12 in the state and they will seek to reach one more, with which they would complete what was planned for this year.

“We are only one route away from delivering now that same portfolio that we had prior to the pandemic, this is a new one that it was seen that this was the month to launch it, this is the twelfth route that connects the state of Sinaloa; If I’m not mistaken, the one that is missing is Mazatlán – Tijuana, ”he concluded.
