Oaxaca. Citizens denounced that elements of the Municipal Police of Santa María Mixtequilla, in the Isthmus region, tried to arrest with abuse of force an adolescent who playing with fireworks on the street
The incident occurred last Monday night when the young man was burning fireworks.
About 6 municipal police officers arrived at the scene and tried to arrest the young man, but he resisted the arrest, there were more than 6 policemen who tried to subdue him, but they did not succeed and neighbors joined in the defense of the young man.
The municipal policemen withdrew and citizens denounced the abuse of authority.
