Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- For these December dates, the Salvation Army of the central zone in Mazatlán, made a call for solidarity to the citizens of Mazatlan, requesting their support through donations.

Captain Roselia Gallardo de la Cruz, Director of the Salvation Army Mazatlán, announced that due to the pandemic, the Christmas carols that minors in the Army traditionally offer in self-service stores will not be carried out, only in Soriana Rafael Buelna.

“Christmas is approaching, and with it, our traditional Christmas carol season in malls and stores, in which, this year we will not be able to carry it out for the safety of our children and ours, due to the Pandemic.”

“That is why we have summoned you to help us spread this message and thus be able to continue seeing those happy faces in our children, appealing to the goodwill of the Mazatlan, we require financial support as well as in-kind to continue operating in favor of the needs, “he said.

For his part, the Administrative Director of the Community Center for Social Assistance, Captain Raúl Romero, explained that any donation in kind, monetary or toy would be well received.

“All kinds of donations and monetary donations are for everything that is operational, but the toys are still being received and more so now for Christmas since there will not be an inn as we have been doing regularly,” he concluded.
