Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- Within the framework of the Business Summit, the Mazatlán City Council and the Dolores Hidalgo City Council, inaugurated the Artistic Gastronomic Exhibition with products from the Guanajuato municipality.

The ribbon was cut by the municipal presidents, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres, and the guest, Miguel Ángel Rayas Ortiz, and his entourage.

It was at the La Casona de la Machado restaurant, in the Historic Center, where the councilors, accompanied by businessmen, municipal officials, and special guests, took a tour of the interior.

On the way, they appreciated the best of the handicrafts, typical foods, wines, and snacks from the state of Guanajuato, as well as the folkloric ballet that performed dances and waltzes by the composer Juventino Rosas, a native of that state.

In his message, Benítez Torres said he was happy for the visit of his Guanajuato counterpart, officials and councilors of the municipality of Dolores Hidalgo since the samples they bring to the Mazatlecos are incredible.

“This exhibition is going to be incredible because there are works by Talavera but different from each other, most of them awarded nationally, worldwide and that we were surprised when we were in Dolores Hidalgo because we did not know of the richness of their crafts,” he reiterated.

For his part, Rayas Ortiz thanked Benítez Torres for the displays of affection and also said he was happy to expose the diversity that exists in his municipality, what the father of the Nation, Miguel Hidalgo, taught them, which is the cultivation of the vid and that many labels have won international awards.

“Today we are going to present a new flavor of snow, very exotic, and also everything that is a Mallolic talavera sample, we have come to expose all this here in this exhibition greatness of Mexico, the pride of Mexico,” he said.

Rayas Ortiz added that said exhibition will be open from this day until Friday 12 of this month and from 12:00 to 22:00 hours so that all Mazatlecos can enjoy the delicacies that are given in their municipality.
