Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- On Saturday afternoon, a paramedic and Civil Protection lifeguard named Raúl Zambrano saved the life of Lorensa, a 10-month-old baby , originally from Monclova, Coahuila.

Who was already unconscious and purple in his face when he could not breathe, because he was choking when he tried to eat a piece of mango.

The incident occurred after 3:30 p.m., when the rescuer was doing his work while patrolling the beaches of the port when a family began to signal him in a desperate way because they were urging first aid.

It was there that Raúl did not hesitate to apply the Heimlinch maneuvers , which consist of compressing the abdomen of the person who is drowning.

Thanks to the first aid technique that the young man applied, he saved the baby from what could have been her death.
