Mazatlan registers 200 deaths from COVID-19

This week Mazatlán started with 23 new cases of Covid-19 and 7 deaths.

The port also reached a total of 200 deaths from the virus since the start of the health emergency, according to the latest update from the Ministry of Health.

In the number of deaths per municipality, Mazatlán occupies the third position statewide with 200 cases since the start of the health emergency, just below Culiacán with 629, Ahome with 355, and Guasave with 227.

According to information updated on Monday, July 13th, Mazatlán ranks second in the state in number of active patients, with 138 cases, just below Culiacán with 256.

The call of the health authorities is to continue with the sanitary measures to avoid a possible spread of the virus and try to stay at home as much as possible.
