Mazatlan.- One day after the tourist reopening of the port, the Government of Mazatlan washed the boardwalk with pressurized water, to welcome visitors and locals who enjoy this area and it is one of the main attractions of the city.

Luis Antonio González Olague, director of municipal Public Services, commented that four workers from the Parks and Gardens Department participated in this work, assisted by two trucks and high-pressure equipment, to leave the area clean.

He added that with this work, which was carried out on the section between the Valentino disco and the Al Pescador monument, Mazatlan will have a clean boardwalk for the restart of tourist activity and the reopening of beaches.

He explained that the washing included railings, sidewalks, benches, and the bike path, which will give a better image to the tourist.

“We are going to leave a clean area, as they say ‘completely new’, and that Mazatlán is ready to be visited by tourists, both from outside and for us, the citizens, ”he said.
