Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- Given the health contingency of COVID-19, Pesca Azteca donates tuna to the grandparents of the “La Inmaculada” nursing home. Currently, the nursing home assists 34 older adults, who will benefit from this contribution.
This work was carried out with strict adherence to sanitary measures for the prevention of infections. Laura, the Administrative Manager of the asylum, received this donation.
Tuna is a highly nutritious food that benefits the human organism in different stages, in the adult stage, its intake is essential for bone strengthening since vitamin D supports the absorption of calcium. In addition, it provides good cholesterol and contributes to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
