Mazatlán, Sinaloa.- This Sunday, April 19, the Secretary of Health of the State of Sinaloa, Enfrén Encinas Torres, confirmed 35 new cases of the COVID-19 coronavirus in the state, reaching a total of 459 patients in Sinaloa who have been infected.

Of these, two more deaths were recorded, with a total of 47 deaths. One of these occurred in Culiacán and another in Navolato.

This Sunday there were no new cases of recovered patients, so the figure remains at 55.

Of the 35 new cases, 19 occurred in Culiacán, 6 in Mazatlán, 4 in Ahome, 3 in Guasave, 1 in Badiraguato, 1 in Salvador Alvarado and 1 in Navolato.

The number of active patients at this time is 357 and they are distributed geographically as follows:
