Two new cases of coronavirus are being watched by the Sinaloa health secretariat, in Culiacán, which meet the operational criteria, Efrén Encinas Torres reported in the court this Friday, March 20.

The Sinaloa health secretary explained that in the last 24 hours 13 samples were taken, of which 11 gave negative results and two remain in the status of suspects.

“In the last 24 hours, 13 patient samples have been taken, 11 of which are negative. We only have two suspected cases in Culiacán that meet its operational criteria, we have no more cases on the platform,” he said.

He added that the figure remains in two confirmed cases, one in Los Mochis and the other in Culiacán, both of which are in their homes in stable conditions.

The state official stressed that they are working on the hospital restructuring to be ready when necessary.

Meanwhile, he asked to support the #QuedateEnCasa to people who are not essential to leave.

He reiterated that the country continues in scenario 1 of the pandemic, which involves only preventive measures, so the population is asked to help only attend official information.
