Mazatlan continues road renovations Rafael Buelna and Marina ave closed today

Beginning on Thursday, work will begin on the interconnection of water and drainage pipes at the intersection with La Marina Avenue

MAZATLÁN._ This Thursday, starting at 9:00 am, the crossing of Rafael Buelna and Marina Avenues will be closed to road traffic to facilitate the interconnection work of the new drinking water and sanitary drainage lines.

Work will begin at 9:00 am on Thursday, February 27 and will continue for a period of 4 more days, since the 24-inch sanitary line will be replaced and the new one will be in operation, in addition to interconnecting the line of 16 inch drinking water.

The traffic will be closed from the south side at the height of the University Avenue diverting traffic to the reform Avenue; while on the north side it will be closed from Jesús Solórzano Street to channel traffic to the Lomas de Mazatlán Fractionation and through Lorenzo Garza Street to Francisco Solís Avenue.

As is known, the renovation of the hydrosanitary networks is part of the Rafael Buelna Avenue modernization project, which began on January 2, and that as the works are progressing, it starts up.

Currently, in the stretch from Avenida del Mar to Avenida Reforma, which is already open to circulation, the new water and sanitary drainage networks are already operating, which guarantees efficiency in these services for the next 50 years.
