Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- Dozens of confiscated chairs left a tour made by authorities of Public Security, Senior Officials, Commerce, Capture, Traffic and National Guard, through the carnival area of Mazatlan, prior to the first parade.
This, on the orders of the mayor of Mazatlan, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres.
The secretary of the City Council, José de Jesús Flores Segura, led the way and urged citizens to denounce those who place chairs.
“It is a free event no one should be charging a fee, we ask the citizens to inform us of having knowledge of anyone charging for space
Reaccion Informativa witnessed the confiscation of wooden chairs and benches. Municipal Transit also ‘distributed’ infractions to vehicles parked on Del Mar Avenue, and some vehicle trailers in the direction from south to north, since the area must be clear and without vehicular traffic.
The call is not to profit from the hoarded places, and to enjoy with the family.
