The measure began yesterday afternoon, to allow the installation of shrines; Only neighbors and suppliers will pass.

Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- As of 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, the Olas Altas area was closed to road traffic due to the setting of stages for Mazatlan International Carnival 2020, “We are America” that will take place from 20 to February 25, as it will continue until these holidays are over.

The closure is from the Claussen and Zaragoza Promenade to the southern end, at the intersection of Avenida Olas Altas and Rigoberto Lewis, as well as the streets that converge to the party area.

Municipal Transit Personnel is supporting the circulation of the units through said area, since from this day until the end of the Carnival, although it will allow the passage to suppliers and neighbors of that part of the city, who already have badges of access.
