Los Cabos, Baja California Sur (BCS ). In the annual Five Star Awards 2020 list, prepared by Forbes Travel Guide, there are 3 luxury hotels with their respective spas, which are located in the tourist destination of Los Cabos, totaling 8 properties with this distinction.

In this regard, it was detailed that the municipality south of the middle peninsula has 8 hotels and spas distinguished with the highest rating granted in the ranking; In addition, 6 properties are recognized with 4 stars and 2 more with the status of “recommended”. 

This destination has more Five Star Awards properties than any other destination within the Mexican territory, says the specialized media.

For the evaluations, the Forbes Travel Guide inspectors impersonated guests to discover the luxurious experiences offered by the various regions of the planet. 

Meanwhile, the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal hotels stood out, which has one of the best hotel boutiques with designer names like Melissa Odabash and Tom Ford. 

“The property offers amazing views from any angle and an environment conducive to relaxation, as well as providing a service that exceeds expectations,” says the Forbes publication, based on inspectors’ observations. 

Similarly, Montage Los Cabos acquires a 5-star distinction, which was described as “a property, which is a paradise with beaches for swimming.” The property has 3 swimming pools that are scattered across the land and differ not by age designations, but by landscape.

Finally, One & Only Palmilla, Los Cabos Resort, is included in the annual list for being a complex that at night becomes an oasis by candlelight; In the pools, guests find attentive attendees not only to give towels and drinks but also pillows and whatever is required to enjoy the panorama.
