Mazatlan.- The tourist services sector had an intense day on Tuesday Feb. 4, with the arrival of the Astoria and Carnival Panorama cruises, which together brought 6,509 visitors.
The Secretary of Tourism Óscar Pérez Barros, announced that with the arrival of these two cruises, a total of 18 have arrived in Mazatlan this year, generating an economic spill in the order of four million US dollars.
The cruise passengers took advantage of the authorization to descend from their boats and moved to the different tourist attractions of Mazatlan and the rural area such as La Noria and El Quelite, in addition to Copala and Concordia, among other places, where they enjoyed the natural beauties, gastronomy and architectural beauty of the area.
The economic spill was good for the service providers.
