Concord.- The Secretary of Tourism Óscar Pérez Barros stressed that the Señorial Town of Copala will be part of a promotional tourism strategy with the purpose of increasing the arrival of national and foreign tourists and thereby reviving the local economy.

After a meeting with the municipal president Felipe Garzón López, the director of Promotur Sergio Romero and residents of that place, Pérez Barros said that they work together in a comprehensive tourism promotion strategy to detonate the activity and economic development of the place.

The secretary of Tourism in Sinaloa, Óscar Pérez Barros, added that they will take into account all the attractions that Copala has, so that tourists’ enthusiasm increases so that they come, know and taste their gastronomy, their architecture, their history and of the locality.

Because Copala is a must-see for everyone who visits Mazatlan.

The important thing is that the society coordinated by the Stately People’s Committee is preparing to receive tourists from the Puro Sinaloa Traveling Program and international cruise passengers. To provide excellent service and attention, so that these tourists return and attract more visitors.

Likewise, the head of the Sectur said that, following the instructions of the Governor of the State Quirino Ordaz Coppel, a few days after opening the main avenue, he will collaborate in a coordinated manner with civil society and municipal authorities to carry out this work as never before it had developed, which will also create employment and therefore help to increase its economy.

For his part, the mayor of Concordia said that Copala will resurface and return to have the dynamics it had before.
