The Undersecretary of Quality and Regulation at the Federal Tourism Secretariat Humberto Hernández Haddad, stressed that Sinaloa represents a guarantee that will find a new balance between the needs of its demography, the aspirations of its population and the vast wealth of the nature of this state.


In his tour of Sinaloa, within the framework of the IV National Ordinary General Assembly of the Mexican Association of the Construction Industry chaired by the National President Ricardo García de León; He held a tour of the Estrella del Mar tourism complex, accompanied by the Secretary of Tourism of Sinaloa Óscar Pérez Barros, and the Director of Operations of the place, Carlos Domínguez, Hernández Haddad added that the federal Sectur works closely with the Secretary of Tourism of the state and the Government of Sinaloa.
After the Estrella del Mar official explained to him the projects that are on the way and what he has, including the construction of a hotel of great tourism; The undersecretary commented that “what we see here in this development, with the technical specifications they gave us, shows what has been done in many years of effort and a continuous will to make tourism a source of prosperity with social spillover.”
Hopefully, he said, soon come those new tourism products that are planning, hotel, tourist, equestrian, because in the end the innovation capacity of Mexican tourism, is the guarantee that this wealth is really inexhaustible, in continuous transformation.
“They are working very well, we are going to put more speed, it deserves the tourist wealth of Sinaloa,” he said.
For his part, the head of the Sectur Óscar Pérez Barros, after reiterating a greeting to the Federal Tourism Secretary Miguel Torruco Marqués, informed that an important progress is being made in the construction of the New Mazatlan Aquarium, the largest in Latin America, which It has already passed 15 percent, just as they committed to it, and that will be verified when you come to this city.
They also took the opportunity to evaluate business appointments at the next International Tourism Fair (FITUR) to be held in Spain.
During the tour, the Director of Operations of Estrella del Mar said that this development is cataloged as a showcase so it is reversed, “today we have projections in the medium term to bring the construction of a hotel, in addition to remodeling, the equestrian programs, with cultural events and golf ”.
The state SECTUR will continue working together with the private initiative and civil society to give greater promotion to the state.
