Citizens and municipal officials attended the lighting of Mazatlan, Olas Altas, and the Plazuela Machado
Mazatlan.- Huge spheres, gifts and waterfalls of lights adorn the coastal promenade, the Machado square and some streets of the historic center of the city, which fill the harbor with light, joy, and color. The Christmas light came to Mazatlan with the symbolic fires, headed by Mayor Guillermo Benítez Torres and the president of DIF Mazatlan, Gabriela Peña Chico.
Citizens and municipal officials attended the lighting of Mazatlan, Olas Altas, and the Machado square to admire the Christmas lighting with which the authorities seek to infect tourists and locals of the spirit of this season that invites peace, union, and harmony in families.
